The Massage Therapy program is designed to deliver a foundation in massage so you can successfully launch your career in this popular and rewarding field. The program gives you instruction in practical massage, anatomy, physiology, ethics, communication, nutrition and clinical practice.
The Massage Therapy program is designed to provide learning opportunities that promote basic knowledge, skills, ethics and behaviours that will enable you to successfully practice massage therapy in a variety of health care settings. Courses include Treatment Massage, Anatomy Palpation, Massage Techniques, a clinic internship and a work placement. After graduation, you may work as a massage therapist in a spa or resort or you may provide therapeutic massage in private homes or hospitals.
