Dental Receptionist Coordinator

The Dental Receptionist Coordinator program is designed to familiarize students with the clinical procedures of a dental office in order to provide the support systems required for the efficient operation of the clinic. Among other topics, students will cover appointment management, cash handling, billing practices, maintaining patient charts, developing effective recall systems and the One-Write computerized bookkeeping system.
