The Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, and Heating Technology Associate Degree Program from CBT College is designed to prepare students for a mid level position in the air conditioning, refrigeration and heating industry.

Our HVAC certification program includes theoretical and hands-on courses in the installation, basic design, maintenance and repair of residential and commercial refrigeration, air conditioning, and heating equipment. Once a student has the required years of hands on experience, our students in our HVAC training school can take the Journeyman Certification test in their county. Unlike many trade industries, HVAC and refrigeration technicians can earn a Bachelor's degree in their field by going beyond into mechanical systems, refrigeration, and heating and cooling systems.

NOTE: EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) certification is required to work with refrigerants. This is included in the CBT college curriculum for. the HVAC certification and College Degree program.
