The Master of Science in Human Resources program is designed to provide you with the specialized skills and knowledge to effectively address cultural, regulatory, behavioral and social changes in today's diverse society. The program focuses on theoretical and practical applications of human resources, and examines the role of the human resources practitioner as a change agent and strategic partner.
Through an interdisciplinary course of study, you'll be exposed to contemporary HR issues, plus insights from the leadership, management, industrial/organizational psychology and behavioral science disciplines. You will learn the fundamentals of HR that you can apply immediately in your workplace, including strategic management, staffing, training and development, compensation, conflict and negotiation, employee benefits and legal issues.
