The Master of Arts in Education – Leadership in Early Childhood Education program is the ideal advanced degree if you're interested in becoming an administrator, director or college instructor of early childhood education programs. You’ll learn to develop innovative curricula and evaluate early childhood education programs using standards set by the National Association for Education of Young Children. Subject matter includes theories, issues and trends in early childhood education as well as the development of fiscal planning skills, marketing, human resources, and leadership skills necessary for managing an early childhood program.
