Bohecker's Medical Assisting/Administration program is designed to expose you to both the administrative and clinical aspects of the modern healthcare environment. We place emphasis on medical theory and terminology, teaching you the practices and procedures associated with the operation of a healthcare facility.

Our students benefit from a 180-hour externship, in which they can utilize their skills in a medical practice. In addition to the education our students receive at Bohecker, our graduates have the opportunity to be certified with NAHP (National Allied Health Professionals). Certification is available in the following specialties:

• Medical Assisting
• Phlebotomy
• EKG Technician

Upon graduation, you will be prepared to work in a healthcare setting performing a broad range of administrative and clinical tasks delegated by a physician. Our program prepares you for various entry-level positions in:

• Clinics
• Hospitals
• Doctors' Offices
• Health Centers
• Insurance Companies
