BBA - Accounting

The profession of accountancy has expanded over the years in terms of services offered to private industry, government, and not for-profit institutions. In addition to the traditional services such as auditing, attestation, and taxation, accountants are playing an expanded role in management advisory services and financial planning. The Accounting program prepares students for professional careers in accounting as well as for careers in private industry, government, and not-for-profit organizations. The program combines a solid foundation in accounting theory and practice and computerized accounting with a broad background in business administration and the liberal arts.
