The Professional Culinary Arts Diploma Program is comprised of five major blocks ~ each block spans a three month period (quarter year system). Auguste Escoffier Schools of Culinary Arts's set of courses is fashioned so that new students may start every three months.

With our small classes and the individual attention that our instructors can give, students never feel overwhelmed. From the first day of class students are introduced to a commercial kitchen and recipes that reflect the commercial industry. Students also have real experience in the industry through a 400 hour externship completed while in school or shortly thereafter. The Professional Culinary Arts Diploma Program is accredited by the American Culinary Federation Education Foundation (ACFEF).
