This course covers national and worldwide air travel, domestic and international cruises, rail and bus travel, lodging and accommodations, car rentals, tour packages, visas and passports, corporate travel, fare and reservation structures, ticketing procedures and more. You'll also learn how to create an itinerary that satisfies individual client preferences, honor special requests for airline passengers, plan incentive travel and much more.
The Travel Agent Course is comprised of 11 comprehensive lessons. They are easy to follow, yet challenging and stimulating at the same time. Each lesson begins with a subject matter preview and objectives, an introductory note from your instructor and a vocabulary builder of new words and terms.
