Learn the hands-on skills involved in designing, crafting and repairing rings, earrings, pins, bracelets and necklaces out of all kinds out of jewels, stones and metals. We'll teach you the basics of metallurgy and essential jewelry crafting techniques, including finishing and polishing stones, cutting and joining metals, casting, soldering, molding, engraving, enameling, embossing, plating and more.
Jewelry designers and repairers work with precious stones and brilliant metals of all kinds. They create original jewelry designs that are cherished by their wearers - heirlooms that can last for generations. By crafting things with their own hands, they enjoy a tremendous sense of pride, working in:
