The Associate of Applied Business Degree in Accounting emphasizes accounting principles and applications both by hand and on the computer. Graduates will be prepared for entry-level employment as payroll clerks, accounts receivable specialists and income tax clerks. With additional work experience and/or training, they may qualify for advancement to such positions as account managers, accountants and finance managers.
