The objective of this program is to equip students with the competencies, theoretical and practical, necessary to gain employment in a pharmacy environment.

The program emphasizes interpersonal skills and a strong sense of responsibility for this client-centered field. Duties such as preparation of medicine for dispensing, inventory control, drug distribution, narcotics control and sterilization are just a sampling of the duties performed by Pharmacy Technicians.
