The Associate of Arts degree in Visual Communication is designed to educate and develop artistic and imaginative students for careers as creative professionals in commercial art and design. The program emphasizes the development of a student’s creative process and their problem solving abilities. Students will have a strong foundation in traditional methods and learn to apply those techniques to modern digital methods and processes. Graduates of the program should be able to function as successful creative professionals in a variety of art and design markets.
